Pleasant Valley Activities Center

To inquire if the facility is available for a specific date and time or to receive an application packet call 810-623-2035. A picture ID and damage deposit are required to submit the completed application. A copy of the ID is placed in the applicant's file. Applications must be submitted at least 21 working days in advance of the reservation date to be guaranteed usage. Applications submitted less than 21 days prior to the event date will be considered, but there will be no guarantee of usage. All applicants must be 18 years old or older.

Applicants will be notified 2-3 working days after submitting an application of the availability of their event date and time. Written confirmation and a bill for rental will be sent out upon approval of the applicant's request. Reservations are not confirmed until applicants have received written confirmation from a member of the Pleasant Valley staff.

We accept cash or check. The name of the individual or organization making the application must appear on the front of the check. All applicants are charged a fee according to their classification and the facilities and equipment being used.

Hours of Contact: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Again the number is 810-623-2035. The facility is closed Wednesday after 6 pm and all day Sunday in respect to our services. The facility is open during hours of operation only when booked.
